. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, the Organizer, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. In such circumstances, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, loss, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss or expense against the Organizer arising there from.
Cancellation / modification requests must be received in writing by the ISAAR Organizing Secretariat via e-mail to
info@isaar2026.org
, and the below cancellation policy will apply.
For cancellations received before or on 15 December 2025, full refund will be provided less a 20% administration fee.
For cancellations received on or between 16 December 2025 -12 February 2026, full refund will be provided less a 30% administration fee.
For cancellations received on or after 13 February 2026, no refund will be provided, and only name changes can be done after this deadline.
No refunds will be made for no show at the event.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the congress. Any bank charges to occur will be deducted from the refunded amount.
