Registration Fees include:
  • Attendance to all scientific sessions
  • Entrance to exhibition area
  • Conference materials (e.g. name badges, certificate of attendance, any printed materials to be produced, etc)
  • Access to the opening ceremony and welcome reception

Important Notes:
  • FULL PAYMENT to the Symposium Secretariat of ISAAR must be received to confirm your registration. All bank charges should be borne by participants.
  • For participants who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Symposium. Please contact the Secretariat at info@isaar2026.org
  • The personal data of participants collected will be used solely for registration, communication, and event organization. The Event Coordinator will not share or disclose your personal data to any third party without the explicit consent of the Organizer unless required by law or a legal obligation.
  • ISAAR plans to take photographs and video material at the ISAAR 2026 and reproduce them in ISAAR educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the ISAAR website. By participating at the ISAAR 2026, you grant ISAAR the right to use your name, photograph, and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of ISAAR. Postings may be displayed, distributed, or used by ISAAR for any purpose.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • If, for any reason, the Organizer, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. In such circumstances, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, loss, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss or expense against the Organizer arising there from.
  • Cancellation / modification requests must be received in writing by the ISAAR Organizing Secretariat via e-mail to info@isaar2026.org, and the below cancellation policy will apply.
    • For cancellations received before or on 15 December 2025, full refund will be provided less a 20% administration fee.
    • For cancellations received on or between 16 December 2025 -12 February 2026, full refund will be provided less a 30% administration fee.
    • For cancellations received on or after 13 February 2026, no refund will be provided, and only name changes can be done after this deadline.
    • No refunds will be made for no show at the event.
    • All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the congress. Any bank charges to occur will be deducted from the refunded amount.
